What is the difference between double column and U-arm DR?

The double column is actually an X-ray machine and a bucky stand, while the U-arm DR is a fixed X-ray machine and a flat panel detector.
The U-arm DR is mainly used for photographic inspection of the human body’s chest, limbs, pelvis and lumbar spine. The dose is relatively large, which is more suitable for large hospitals or orthopedic hospitals, and a single machine can photograph various parts of the human body, which is more convenient to operate than double-pillars.
